Becharming Barcelona

by in spain, travel

I’ve spent the last week reminiscing about my recent trip to Barcelona; recalling the churros and chocolate, the incredible street art, the Gaudi architecture and the very kind hosts I had at my airbnb accommodation next to Plaza Catalunya; I was absolutely charmed by this coastal city.

While Barcelona reminded me a bit of home, it is very much it’s own metropolis that provided me a breath of much needed fresh air and an opportunity to see, taste and do a few new things. For anyone that’s ever been to BCN, you know that every street corner offers up an eyeful of art, worthy of it’s own blog post. So to see the art adorning the streets of this seaside city, take a look here.

I instagrammed my heart out in my new favourite place and here are a few of the highlights.

  1. From yousuf:

Jeanette – enjoyed the post and didn’t realize how little I know about Barcelona and what makes it unique. Loved the pics too, by the way. Keep it up! I’d love to travel as much as you do 😀
