Gardens, Art & Soup: Things To Do in Marseille

by in art, france, travel

Early in September I was sent on a lovely little assignment by Grown-up Travel Guide, which found me sat comfortably in 1st class on the TGV from Rouen to Marseille. Four fascinating and lux days in the European Capital of Culture! Gardens, art, caves, famous French fish soup and so much more were discovered on my first voyage to the south of France.

To see my recommended list of things to do in Marseille, click over to my pal Andy’s site, Grown-up Travel Guide, and revel in all that Marseille-Provence has to offer!

  1. From Gayla:

Second class seats on French trains feel like first class to me. I can only imagine how luxurious it is to actually BE in first class on TGV!! I’m officially jealous 😉 Maybe some day I’ll get to ride first class to Marseilles, or at least dream about it…
